Introducing the new G-Shock DW-900 “Geometric” from their Reptile Pack. The watch comes in all black, but the unexciting color is contrasted by the intricate and creative design that covers the case and strap, as well as the dial. The watch named for it’s graphic – the Geometric – will be available in stores later this month.
The recent launch of Audemars Piguet’s Royal Oak Offshore Diver acts as a sequel to their first hugely successful diver, the AP ROO Diver Ref 15703. The 2012 release is the product of years of experimentation with quality metals and is a beautiful representation of the company’s devotion to creating quality timepieces. It features a mega-tapisserie dial, an internal rotating timing ring, and the AP Caliber 3120 automatic movement while also prominently including a forged carbon fiber case. The yellow accents offer an element of character not seen in the original ROOD piece, and paired with its retained depth resistance and other traditional functions, the newest Royal Oak Offshore Diver is a great buy.

Renowned Swiss watchmakers IWC Schaffhausen release their sixth rendition of the pilot’s watch paying homage to famed poet and aviator, Antoine de Saint Exupéry. The watch features a 43mm x 15.5mm case crafted in 18 carat rose gold, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and a quilt stitched calfskin strap. Housed inside of this self-winding masterpiece is the Swiss caliber 89361 movement containing 38 jewels and IWC’s very own chronograph flyback complication. In keeping with past highly collectible watch releases, the IWC pilot’s chronograph watch will be released in a limited run of only 500 pieces which ensures that the watch is to be a highly sought after collectable.

Swiss watch and jewellery maker Swatch brings us their new high-tech Swatch Touch Collection models just in time for the summer. Swatch Touch blends the Swiss brands flair for on-trend colours with sharp, easy-to-read colour touch displays and high-tech timing functions. Included in the collection are two models which pack a powerful mix of contemporary trends and advanced digital technology. The first is the stylish black and grey skull-patterned Swatch Touch Skull and the second a star-studded purple and white beauty, Swatch Touch Star.

In honour of 2012’s annual Celebrity Fight Night, IWC has made a special edition, single item watch to celebrate the life and career of Muhammad Ali, who is slated to be in attendance for the event. This one of a kind timepiece features a black alligator strap, with a red inner lining. On the face of the watch, you will find a black and red colourway, spackled with white gold for that extra bit of class. On the case, you will find a signature by the boxing legend Ali, along with a unique inscription for whoever beholds this item. Branded the “Muhammad Ali” Big Pilot’s Watch, it will be up for auction at the Celebrity Fight Night coming up on March 24th, so one should expect to see quite high bids for this small piece of history.
